We are strengthening our value proposition by placing Artificial Intelligence at the core of our business. We are organizing our company around six Centers of Excellence to deepen our expertise and strengthen our leadership team. These two decisions reflect the same priority: helping our clients navigate a world where Artificial Intelligence is no longer an option, but a fundamental part of every organization's business.
Under this new framework, Jordi Asensio takes on the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). From this position, he leads the company's operational efficiency, ensures the execution of the strategic plan, and continues to drive the Technology, Data and Artificial Intelligence areas, key to responding with agility to market demands.
Imma Haro takes on the role of Chief Business Officer (CBO), leading commercial growth, marketing and corporate communication. Both report directly to Josep Salvatella, CEO and founding president of RocaSalvatella.
The leadership committee is completed by Judit de la Encarnación, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Enrique Hidalgo, Director of Marketing and Client Intelligence.
